March 1st, 2008: Cherished

Cherished items

My mp3 player and our porch bench. They’re both a little worn… (tips on good ear-/headphones are welcomed!).

February 25th, 2008: Rails. I thought the colours were pretty.

Rails

This is all I have to show after three days at my parents’, two of those spent in our capital city… (this was taken while waiting for the train to bring me there). I _really_ have to work on being more brave when it comes to taking pictures in public places. ;)

February 24th, 2008: Goodies from Jen

Jen sent me a birthday present - no less than six bags of coffee from her favourite store, a homemade bead bookmark, a lace bookmark made by her mum, a baby cloth (brilliant for my camera stuff!) and candy canes for the whole family. <3 The kids stumbled over themselves in order to make me presents (drawings) so that they could beg for candy canes in return. I’ve collected a small bunch of links that are too awesome not to be shared.

For those of you in school - special bean mean bags
Modern living necessity - the Lamp lamp (also notice the other items on the site, some are admittedly quite pricey, but most are really intriguing!)
A place for your ID card, library card, driver’s license - oh, and that other thing.. “money”? (hoho, I’m so funny) Check these wallets out.
Threadless t-shirts are fascinating - this one is particularly beautiful

February 17th, 2008: Through the viewfinder

TTV Bottle - Vintage film atn

So, after having stopped the 365/366 projects, I’ve not been taking many photos - except documenting the life and fall of my tulips… When we get home in the afternoon it’s still too dark to take any decent photos, last weekend was spent at my parents’ celebrating my birthday, and this weekend I’ve been down with a darn cold (oh the joy of having kids in daycare - this is what you get). I’ve put together a contraption for the Kodak Duaflex I have from my grandparents, though, and today I sneaked out for half an hour to test it out.
