The more photos I take at home, the more I keep thinking that we probably have pretty low lights most of the time. I look at others’ indoor photos and awe at the clarity and crispness. For non-flash photos I have to adjust the ISO so much most of the time that grain and colour noise is the rule more often than it’s the exception.

I have a lot of problem with indoor photography and I’ve no idea how to improve it. I think it’s because we use low-energy bulbs which are notoriously dimmer than standard lightbulbs.
