Detail of the feather decorated twigs Sebastian made in kindy today - a common Shrovetide tradition in Scandinavia (and other places)? The twigs are supposed to symbolize the suffering of Christ, although few know the real reason for them - they’ve become “just decorations” for most. Me included.
